Ten years ago, Concept IT was established to provide SME's in the North East of England with quality IT support. Back then, only a handful of organisations provided a quality service delivered by professionals - all of which set their sights on larger organisations. Our challenge was to deliver quality and professional services for SME's which not only matched that of the best providers, but was one step ahead of them.  So we delivered proactive IT Support when everyone else did break-fix.

Fast forward 5 years and when the rest of the industry was delivering proactive support, Concept IT delivered a fully-managed service, investing more than £80,000 in software systems and infrastructure to ensure our clients got the best possible experience.  

Fast forward another 5 years and Concept IT have a solid track record of delivering innovative private cloud solutions which enable SME's to maximise the benefits of cloud whilst retaining the ability to run their own line-of-business software and provide secure anywhere working to their staff.  Our Concept Cloud Platform provides a cost-effective facility for SME’s to leverage the best enterprise class software and systems with the security and reassurance that everything remains in within the region.

We're really proud of the work that we've delivered over the past decade and are super-excited about what the next decade will bring.  This year has already started with a bang, seeing us onboard two high-profile clients onto our Concept Cloud Platform as well as the delivery of five new super-fast broadband Ethernet circuits.  Our focus for this year going forward is to help more SME’s in the North East of England take advantage of Private Cloud solutions enabling them to reduce cost and work more efficiently.
