Our first promise is always the one hour call-back. Within one working hour of reporting your issue or request we will call you back to let you know what we have planned and when we will resolve it.
We are currently achieving 100.00% of calls within the hour and the average time for all call-backs is 2 minutes.
Our service is backed up by service level agreements. Every issue or request which is logged with us is categorised and the corresponding SLA is assigned. Currently 80% of work is being undertaken within the SLA's.
The service statistics on this page are automatically updated via a live link to our in-house management system called iTrac. iTrac not only keeps us organised and on track for delivering a great service but it also provides our clients with direct access to report issues, log requests, view account informaiton, accept quotations and retrieve copy invoices.
