Concept IT was established by our founder Kevin Embleton almost ten years ago with the aim to provide small and medium sized businesses in the North East with quality, professional Managed IT services and support.

Bigger and better year after year
Already this year it's been a busy time for us. Last March saw us move to new premises triple the size of our previous, we've launched a whole suite of cloud services and we've continued to invest in our people & systems. Later this year we will be further expanding our service team, upgrading our finance systems to offer alternative and easier ways to pay. We're very excited about the growth of the Concept Cloud Services - especially Hosted Exchange and Private Cloud.
