Newcastle-based GreCon Limited is part of the Fagus-GreCon group and the market leader in industrial fire prevention and measuring technology solutions.

GreCon is a relatively new client of Concept’s and selected us as the firm’s trusted IT partner after hearing about our services from other businesses.

Challenge

The company’s relationship with a previous managed IT service provider had broken down and the team started to lose trust in their support.

The GreCon team were facing a number of difficulties, which impacted the smooth running of the business, and they felt IT problems were not being resolved.

The main issue the business encountered was its email system, which was intermittent in sending and receiving emails, which could have caused problems with GreCon’s client relationships and reputation.

Solution

To ensure all of the team’s needs were met, the Concept crew stepped in and worked our magic – we analysed and developed solutions to the challenges GreCon was facing and created a detailed roadmap so both we and the client knew the goals we were aiming for.

Our key mission was to resolve the email issues quickly to ensure the team could efficiently and safely send and receive emails.

We now offer on going IT management and support to the business, which prevents downtime.
