Established in 2006, Physiotherapy Matters is dedicated to providing a high standard of service to clients suffering musculoskeletal (MSK) problems.
Based across 3 clinics in Gosforth, Darras Hall and Newcastle City Centre, the clinic also delivers on-and off-site Occupational Health services to companies, as well as on-site MSK services at GP practices for the NHS.
Having staff work between their three clinics and at GP surgeries posed a headache when needing access to patient files, documents and emails. Physiotherapists spent time at the end of each day printing client files for the next day and completing paper diaries instead of spending time with patients fee earning.
To resolve this issue, Concept IT migrated the company to Concept Cloud. Concept Cloud hosts the entire computer system in a private cloud solution which allows every member of staff to access the system from whichever clinic, or GP practice they are visiting. Now the physiotherapists have full access to the clinic management system, client files and company resources without losing fee-earning time doing prep.
As part of the Concept Cloud solution, Hosted Exchange has been utilised to ensure all email communications are reliable and robust. Using Hosted Exchange ensures that multiple devices used by a single person are constantly up to date and in sync. If you read, respond, move or delete an email on your PC, the change is automatically reflected on your tablet and mobile phone.
Through the use of Hosted Exchange, Physiotherapy Matters now have real-time visibility of their staff appointments and schedules. Should a client call head office to re-arrange an appointment, the physiotherapist’s schedule is automatically updated without being interrupted with telephone calls or waiting around unnecessarily.
