Co-wheels Car Club

Co-wheels Car Club is a social enterprise, which provides low emission, hybrid and electric vehicles on a pay-as-you-go basis for organisations and communities and is the UK’s only independently-owned national car sharing club.

Challenge

Following a recommendation from a former colleague, Co-wheels’ head of operations Tracy Jameson approached the Concept IT team for help with the business’ IT service requirements.

Tracy wanted to work with a qualITy company, which could manage all of the organisation’s IT needs, without taking up too much of her time. She was searching for a team who were organised and capable of handling a smooth transition – dealing with the old supplier to get everything up and running and with little to no impact on the Co-wheels team, or their work.

Solution

To gain a greater understanding of the services Co-wheels would require, our Managing Director, Kevin, and Implementation Lead Ian, visited Tracy and met the Co-wheels team to guarantee we could provide the right solution with the right support, at the right time, and all for the right price. It didn’t take us long to discover that we have the same values and would work perfectly together.

Results

Once Concept IT was appointed as Co-wheels’ new IT partner, we begin the hassle-free transition by working closely with the previous supplier to gather all data and information we needed.

By handling this process efficiently, we saved Tracy’s valuable time, so she could focus on her priorities while we worked quietly in the background to keep the business running smoothly through the transition.

In the short-time we’ve been supporting Co-wheels, our team has managed setting up accounts for new employees, ordered, delivered and set up equipment, and securely removed former employees from the system.
