Commercial Expert is an independent commercial whole-market loan broker, providing business funding and ancillary financial services solutions.

Challenge

Having worked with our managing director Kevin previously, Commercial Expert’s Mike Coates approached Concept IT when he wasn’t happy with the service he was getting from his current IT supplier.

Mike, Commercial Expert’s managing director, said: “We moved away from our in-house server to the cloud, which was a big change for us. I trust Kevin’s advice and trust is incredibly important these days, especially when handling something so essential to a business, so Concept were the obvious choice.

“We weren’t receiving the best service from our old supplier so we jumped ship quite quickly and went to Concept IT.”

Solution

With working from home increasingly common, the Commercial Expert team needed to be sure of the service they were getting – and we delivered.

Mike said: “We now have a qualITy dialing system, which is efficient and gives us access to everything we need, no matter where we are.

“We submit any faults or enquiries through the online portal, which is incredibly easy to use. The Concept IT team are quick to answer our calls and most of the time solve our problems there and then.”
