Natural Stockcare

Natural Stockcare is an animal supplement manufacturer, based in Blaydon. It is trusted by generations of farmers to provide livestock supplements that are safe, effective and easy to use.

Challenge

Director Patricia Smith wanted to work with a local IT company which could offer a dedicated team to look after all her firm’s IT needs. With the website being the main element of the business, it was vital that this was protected, whether from viruses or network issues, at all costs.

Additionally, when coronavirus restrictions came into force, she also wanted to make the transition to home-working as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Solution

We have been working with Natural Stockcare since 2019, when Patricia first got in touch.

The Concept IT team have taken over Natural Stockcare’s entire IT operation, ensuring it all runs smoothly and, most importantly, safely.
