SGS Construction and Design

Consett-based construction and design firm SGS has been working on a variety of big housing projects across the North East over the past few months.

SGS is one of our more recent clients, who heard about our IT services after being recommended by its financial advisor, who also happens to be one of our loyal customers.

Challenge

With a booming housing market over lockdown and the construction industry being exceedingly busy, the last thing the SGS team needed was to be delayed due to technical problems and issues that were potentially an easy fix.

Solution

Concept IT provides SGS with managed IT services that are all linked through a cloud server. We offer an ongoing helpline to the team in the event of occasional online glitches or IT problems, to prevent any unnecessary downtime and loss of production.
