We are delighted to announce we have been named as one of Europe’s premier managed IT service providers (MSP) in the inaugural Channel Futures European Partners 51 – EP51 rankings, which are commITted to honouring the best in ICT excellence from across Europe.
The EP51 rankings follow the format of the respected MSP501 global rankings, where providers are analysed according to a unique methodology reviewing growth, revenue mix, total and recurring revenues, product portfolio, process and customer service excellence, business strategy and ingenuity amongst other metrics.
Our Managing Director Kevin Embleton said: “We’re delighted to have been ranked among the EP51. This ranking highlights the service excellence and close working relationships we have with our clients, which allow us to provide them with the right solution and the right support, at the right time for the right price”.

Concept IT is one of only two MSPs to reach a ranking within the North of England – and the only one in the North East – showing that we can be proud of our region and the world-class companies we serve here.
Following the announcement, Kevin also attended the Channel Evolution European Conference, which took place in December last year.
The event, which was held at the Victoria Park Place, in London, featured two days of thought leadership content from analysts, vendors, consultants and partners on a range of topics, from cybersecurity to business best practices, such as Brexit challenges and ethics in the managed services space.
Kevin said: “The conference was very thought-provoking, and a great opportunITy to hear about all the latest developments in the ICT world.”
